How long should my battery last? Your radio battery should last an all day search and then some. If your radio does not last all day on scan, please let me know so we can get some new batteries. Remember never leave your radio ON, and on a charger for an extended time. It is better to charge it, and take it off to run down. What if I want to get my own radio?
